Overview

Brian Hawthorne is an associate in the firm’s Dallas office and defends employers in labor and employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Brian was a trial attorney at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where he litigated numerous employment discrimination and harassment matters. Brian also previously served as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney for the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, where he tried several misdemeanor and felony cases.

During law school, Brian was the executive articles editor for the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review.
