Brent Wasser, a partner in Fisher Phillips’ Atlanta office, advises and represents corporate clients in all facets of employment law – always with an emphasis on aligning legal strategies with clients’ business objectives.
With nationwide experience in drafting non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants, Brent not only helps companies put sound agreements in place but also litigates both the enforcement and defense of restrictive covenant claims. In the employment law arena, he defends employers against claims under federal laws such as Title VII, the ADA, and the FLSA. His litigation experience spans a broad range of high stakes civil matters, including complex commercial litigation, and many clients rely on him as “outside in-house” counsel.
A third-generation labor and employment attorney who was born and raised in Atlanta, Brent earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia.
Committed to giving back, Brent regularly provides pro bono services to individuals and nonprofit organizations, including charitable and religious institutions, and has represented low-income individuals in eviction defense matters.
