Brandon’s experience includes ensuring compliance with legal standards, wage and hour claims filed with the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and investigating unfair labor charge practices.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Brandon worked at a personal injury law firm in Las Vegas where he led complex personal injury litigation cases from pre-litigation through trial, achieving favorable verdicts and settlements.
