Baylee Swidler

Baylee Swidler represents and advises employers on labor and employment matters. Her experience includes issues involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, employee terminations, and workplace compliance.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Baylee served as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where she analyzed federal appeals involving employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, civil rights, and a range of other civil and criminal matters. She reviewed case records and filings, conducted in-depth legal research, and drafted bench memoranda and proposed opinions for federal appellate panels.
