
Overview
Barrett Lindsey focuses his practice on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law matters, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, trade secrets and other workplace-related issues.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Barrett worked at a full-service commercial law firm where he represented general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other design professionals in litigation, transactional matters, and disciplinary matters. He is also a public member serving on the Arizona Board of Technical Registration, a board regulating certain professions and occupations within its statutory purview, where he was appointed by the Governor of Arizona to serve a three-year term.
Barrett earned his J.D. from Creighton University in 2010. Upon graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Richard E. Dorr in United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri from 2010 to 2012.
