Audrey Rotman

Audrey is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office where she defends employers in various labor and employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as compliance with OSHA and state workplace safety regulations.

Audrey graduated cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she was a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. While in law school, she interned at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, as well as with the HR division of a large Cincinnati company handling its EEOC complaints. Additionally, Audrey earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Introduction to Intellectual Property Law.
