
Overview
Audrey Gregory is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office and defends employers in a wide range of disputes in federal and state courts, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation as well as wage and hour claims. Audrey also advises on compliance with employment laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII, and state-specific statues. Additionally, she guides businesses on preventive measures and risk management strategies, guiding them through investigations, policy development, and litigation.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Audrey was a law clerk for a U.S. Magistrate Judge in D.C. and a Virginia Circuit Court Judge.
During law school, Audrey was the Executive Editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review, the winner of a client counseling competition, and a semifinalist for a negotiation competition.
