Arielle Street defends employers from Fortune 500 multinationals to privately held companies in various labor and employment disputes before federal, state, and administrative agencies. Arielle’s practice focuses on employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, class and collective actions, and disputes involving breach of restrictive covenants under federal and state laws. Arielle also advises clients on navigating complex state and federal employment laws and developing practical strategies to manage risk and resolve disputes.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Arielle was an associate at a global Am Law 200 firm where she focused on commercial litigation.
Arielle earned her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, Arielle was selected as Captain of the Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial team, leading the team to both regional and national championship victories. Additionally, Arielle served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Andrea Wood in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
