Arielle’s practice focuses on employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, class and collective actions, and disputes involving breach of restrictive covenants under federal and state laws. Arielle also advises clients on navigating complex state and federal employment laws and developing practical strategies to manage risk and resolve disputes.   

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Arielle was an associate at a global Am Law 200 firm where she focused on commercial litigation.
