Anjali Raval advises employers on complex employment matters in the UK, with a broad practice spanning strategic advice, litigation, corporate transactions, workplace investigations and senior executive matters. She works with clients ranging from growing businesses to large multinational organisations, across a variety of industries, with particular experience in the financial services sector. As well as advising on local UK matters, Anjali also has experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional advice.

Anjali regularly advises on the employment aspects of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, workforce consultation and employee cash retention and incentive arrangements. Her advisory practice includes executive appointments and departures, redundancies, grievances and disciplinary matters, employment agreements, workplace policies and employee transfers.
