Overview
Andreas Moghimi is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office and defends employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, PAGA, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, misclassification, and contracts.
With years of experience providing consultation services to video game developers and publishers in consulting on the pre-production of AAA video games, as well as in advising start-up technology companies in workplace related legal issues, Andreas understands the challenges confronting participants in the interactive entertainment industry, “speaks their language,” and is well prepared to help devise practical legal and business solutions to their day-to-day problems.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Andreas was an associate at a nationally ranked law firm where he represented employers in all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations to discovery, depositions, and dispositive motions. Andreas also has experience negotiating informal resolutions and successfully representing clients in mediation.
During law school, Andreas externed for the General Counsel at Austin FC and clerked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. He has received multiple awards participating in national mock trial competitions, including the 2020 National All Star Bracket Challenge, where he placed first in the west coast and second in the United States.
