Amy Monroe-Bujnoch
Director of Partner Recruiting
Overview
Amy Monroe-Bujnoch is Fisher Phillips’ Director of Partner Recruiting, firmwide. She leads the firm’s strategic partner recruiting efforts, working closely with firm leadership—including the Management Committee, Regional Managing Partners, Practice Group and Industry Group Leaders, and Chief Officers—to identify, attract, and retain high-caliber lateral partner talent across the country. In this role, she develops and executes targeted strategies that align with the firm’s long-term growth objectives and market expansion goals.
With a background that spans internal law firm recruiting, campus recruiting, external search, and strategic partner acquisition, Amy brings a well-rounded and business-focused approach to talent acquisition. Her external search experience includes working with the world’s leading legal search firm, further sharpening her ability to identify and attract top partner talent in a competitive market. Her experience across full-service Am Law 50 firms and boutique practices gives her a unique perspective in building diverse and successful teams across a wide range of practice areas and markets.
Her philosophy is grounded in the belief that successful partner recruiting is not just about credentials—it’s about strategic alignment. As she says, “identifying the right partners means understanding how a candidate’s practice, clients, and values fit within the firm’s long-term vision. My goal is to ensure every partner we bring on adds lasting value, enhances our capabilities, and strengthens our culture.”
Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Houston. She is a member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP), a former co-chair of the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF), and a former member of the Women’s Energy Network. She currently serves on Fisher Phillips’ Diversity Committee and is actively involved in the legal community, having been a frequent speaker at legal industry events throughout her career.
