Allison Price

As an attorney and legal ethics professional, Allison Price has nearly 20 years of experience advising large law firms on risk management, conflicts of interest, and professional responsibility and liability issues. At Fisher Phillips, she works closely with the Firm’s General Counsel to advise firm leadership and attorneys on a wide range of legal ethics, conflicts, and risk management/professional liability matters affecting the firm’s practice across jurisdictions.

In this role, Allison provides strategic guidance for firm leadership and attorneys on malpractice issues and investigations, engagement structuring, professional responsibility, licensing issues, and complex conflicts of interest. She also develops firm policies and advises firm leadership on strategic and operational decisions regarding risk management.  

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Allison managed the U.S. conflicts department at an AM LAW 100 firm and was Loss Prevention Counsel at an AM LAW 200 firm. In these roles, she led a team of conflicts attorneys, advisors, and managers responsible for identifying and evaluating legal and commercial conflicts of interest associated with new business, lateral attorney onboarding, and firm mergers across all U.S. jurisdictions. She also oversaw a docketing department and regularly assisted the firm's General Counsels and attorneys with a wide range of ethics and professional responsibility matters that arise in the practice of law. She is also an experienced trainer who regularly conducts educational programs for attorneys and professional staff on conflicts of interest, risk management, and legal ethics. 

Before beginning her career in law firm risk management, Allison was a commercial litigator and then managed legal professional liability claims at an insurance carrier for law firms.
