Alexa Morris has over a decade of experience defending employers across various industries in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Additionally, she advises on compliance, policy drafting, risk management, and effective resolution strategies.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Alexa was a senior associate at a regional law firm where she focused on employment law matters and regularly handled professional liability and public entity claims.
