At Fisher Phillips, Alex has represented clients in OSHA-approved state plan inspection and enforcement cases in California, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming, and OSHA area office inspections in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. His experience includes contest litigation before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and state administrative bodies in Washington, Oregon, California, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Alex has also represented clients in administrative investigations involving the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the New York Department of Labor’s Asbestos Control Bureau, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry’s Child Labor Unit.

He also defends clients in whistleblower investigations before federal OSHA and state-plan agencies and in litigation before the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges and Administrative Review Board.
