Overview

Alen Samuel represents employers in a broad range of workplace litigation matters in state court, federal court, and arbitration, including Title VII, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) claims. Alen also drafts handbooks and policies as well as advises employers on compliance with state and federal laws.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Alen was an attorney for a full-service business law firm where she focused on employment matters such as discrimination and employment policies, practices, and procedures, along with breach of contract and intellectual property disputes.
