Adrian Salmen

Adrian Salmen is an associate in the firm’s Denver office and represents employers in various labor and employment matters. Adrian’s experience includes federal WARN Act issues, pension and ERISA benefits, collective bargaining agreements, and assisting with changes to workforce and company policies.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Adrian was an associate at a global, multi-practice law firm where he focused on restructuring matters, cross border insolvencies, equitizations, and asset sales.

During law school, Adrian was a Note & Comment Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal, a member of the Latino Law Student Association, and Vice President of Academic Affairs.
