Overview

Aden Khachadoorian, an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Los Angeles office, represents employers in wage and hour class actions, single-plaintiff lawsuits, and PAGA representative actions throughout California. He counsels businesses through all stages of litigation under federal and state statutes, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, California Labor Code, and the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

In addition to his litigation practice, Aden advises employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws. He counsels clients on matters such as employee handbooks, policies, workplace accommodations, terminations, and employee agreements.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Aden was an associate at a regional law firm, where he concentrated on complex wage and hour class actions and PAGA litigation.

During law school, Aden served as the Senior Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. He was also a student mediator with the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution.
