In a recent interview with SUN News, Todd Logsdon discussed the implications of a company culture that discourages employees from speaking out about safety issues in the workplace.

“On top of all the right reasons for doing safety, there’s going to be a potential liability for the employer, and in some instances, individuals who are responsible for safety,” he said. “It’s mandatory, not optional, and there are going to be financial and potentially criminal penalties involved with failure to comply.”
