In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, Todd Logsdon, co-chair of Fisher Phillips' Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management practice, weighs in on Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's ban on COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Todd explains that the conflicting federal and state rules is adding uncertainty for employers. “Employers, like most businesses, want to minimize uncertainty, and state-by-state mandates don't help ease confusion and uncertainty about what policies to implement in the workplace.”
