MSHA Enforcement Alerts Website

You will find an active site where mine operators of participating Associations are able to post information regarding citations that may indicate new MSHA initiatives, assess high penalties, or cite conditions not previously cited by the Agency. Even if you are not a member of a participating Association, this website will provide useful information to your Company that may alert you to a new initiative in time to avoid a future citation.
