What Restaurant Employers Need to Know about California’s Fast Food Accountability and Standards Recovery Act
Event
9.08.22
2:00 PM — 3:00 PM PST
The passage of California’s Fast-Food Accountability and Standards Recovery Act, also known as the FAST Recovery Act (or AB 257), establishes a 10-member Fast-Food Sector Council tasked with developing standards on minimum wages, maximum working hours, training, and other working conditions applicable to industry workers. This move could have devastating consequences for the entire industry. Join us as Fisher Phillips attorneys Alden J. Parker and Tyler Woods discuss the bill, potential consequences, and challenges for the California restaurant industry should AB 257 become law.
The firm is submitting this program for HRCI and SHRM credit.
