What Does It Mean When an Employer Gets “Flagged” by OSHA?

In an article for Rock Road Recycle, partners Pamela Williams and Travis Vance remind aggregate and heavy construction industry employers that 2017 OSHA 300A information was due July 1, 2018. OSHA has warned that it will “flag” employers who submit the information after the deadline. Not all employers are subject to the requirement, however. Pamela and Travis explain what kinds of worksites are affected and what they might expect from OSHA if they missed the filing deadline.
