Update on OSHA’s Recordkeeping Reporting Requirements
Join Fisher Phillips attorney Todd Logsdon and other panelists from Bloomberg Environment and Eastern Kentucky University as they explain OSHA’s 2016 rule on recording and reporting workplace injuries and illnesses, as well as recent changes to the rule. These experienced professionals will examine the use of incentive programs and post-accident drug testing and discuss how these can be used in the workplace without running afoul of the rule’s prohibition against retaliation.
