Two Partners Named 2016 "Client Service All-Stars" by BTI Consulting Group

LOS ANGELES & DENVER (February 9, 2016) – Fisher Phillips announces that Partners Lonnie Giamela and Danielle Urban have been named to the exclusive BTI 2016 Client Service All Star list. The list recognizes only a select number of attorneys each year who have been singled out by corporate counsel for superior client service.

The 2016 BTI “Client Service All-Stars” are the end result of more than 320 in-depth, independent interviews with legal decision-makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. The only way to become an All-Star is for corporate counsel to single out an attorney for exceptional client service. No attorney can lobby to be added to list, there is no self-submission process and law firms cannot provide names of clients to be contacted.

Giamela is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where he represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He has extensive experience representing local, regional and national clients in class action wage and hour lawsuits, as well as representative lawsuits brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act. His clients range from small businesses to national companies in all sectors of manufacturing, retail, wholesale distribution, hospitality, education and the automotive industries. 

Urban is a partner in the firm’s Denver office, where she represents a wide range of employers in her national labor & employment law practice.  Her practice areas include wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, Title VII, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, False Claims Act, international employment issues, covenants not to compete, employee defection and trade secrets counseling and litigation, breach of employment agreements, and other employment disputes before courts and administrative agencies.
