Election as a Fellow is considered the highest recognition by one’s colleagues and is by nomination only. Gousman is the managing partner of the New Jersey office and has devoted her extensive career to the practice of labor and employment law. Her diverse practice includes both litigation and counseling of employers.
Brannen is the managing partner of the Atlanta office. He counsels employers about how to avoid workplace crises, comply with all applicable laws and prevent litigation. He also spends a significant amount of his time advising employers on union-related matters.
About The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers
The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, was founded in 1995 through an initiative of the Council of The Section of Labor and Employment Law of the American Bar Association. It has now evolved to become an intellectual and practical resource for the support of the profession and its many audiences. The primary purpose of the College is the recognition of individuals, sharing knowledge and delivering value to the many different groups who can benefit from its value model.
The other Fisher Phillips attorneys who are members of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers are Joseph Ambash, J. Randall Coffey, Cynthia Jacob, Jeffrey Mandel, Roberta McCalla, Christopher Mills, Keith Pyburn, and Mark Ricciardi.
