David Lichtenberg was quoted in NJ Biz on December 21, 2015. The article “Top Tips from N.J. Lawyers on the Company Holiday Party” provided a few do’s and don’ts for company holiday parties.

David was quoted on the importance of having a plan in place to keep possible liabilities to a minimum, including parties in the office with family invited or even no drinking at all.

David said, sometimes companies will provide drink tickets in an effort to keep alcohol consumption to a minimum, but he warns that’s not a fool-proof solution, either.

“Some employers give tickets to employees so they can only have a certain number of drinks and they cap it,” he said. “There’s always the person that’s going to be able to hoard tickets or find them and go back over and over again.”
