It will also provide information about recent Title IX guidance documents on transgender students and student-on-student sex assault as well as Title IX compliance reviews conducted by the Office of Civil Rights. Finally, it will discuss K-12 Title IX litigation both nationally and in Texas.
- How to Apply What You Know?: Now that you understand the law, this segment will focus on practical steps you should take to comply with the law. It will discuss best practices in policies and offer insights on the steps you should take when put on notice of an incident impacting Title IX.
