Carefully review the application and look for any statement that may indicate potential fraudulent history, he said, such as stating that the reason for leaving a job was because their “employer accused me of fabricating my time sheets.”
Instead of asking about a candidate’s ancestry or racial background, Larry suggested asking, if job-related, whether the applicant speaks any languages other than English. Instead of asking which church, synagogue or mosque the applicant attends, ask if they can work weekends if necessary.
