In the wake of the #MeToo movement, what is appropriate in the workplace has changed and companies are coming forward to say that they will no longer tolerate this behavior. Cheryl tells reporters that she is noticing companies want to institute a ‘zero tolerance policy’ but advises that leaders must first understand what exactly a ‘zero tolerance’ policy means for their organization.
