New York Partner Melissa Osipoff authored the New York Law Journal article “Private Facebook Posts Could Be Fair Game For Discovery.” In this article, she examines the decision in Forman v. Henkin that states New York employees may be required to provide information from their social media accounts regardless of their privacy settings.
