The Rise of Psychological Issues in Employment Law

Lex Mentis, or "the law of the mind," is a new column that will explore various aspects of the emerging area of psychological issues in employment law. Areas addressed will include litigation of emotional injury claims arising from workplace events, mental disability claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and related laws, and psychological factors in the genesis of claims of workplace discrimination and harassment.
