The EEO/Federal Contractor’s Liaison Association of the Midsouth will be hosting a very informative seminar on Friday, October 16th, 2015 from 8:30AM to 4:00PM at the Fogelman Executive Center on the University of Memphis Campus.
The day long seminar will be conducted by local attorneys, experts in various fields related to EEO and Federal Compliance as well as other officials from federal and state agencies.
Topics important to personnel in the employee relations/human resource departments will be spotlighted. Areas such as various employment and labor laws, LGBTQ issues in the workplace, ADAAA, FLSA and updates from EEOC and OFCCP.
The cost is $125.00 for members and $150 for non-members. Groups with 3 or more attendees will receive the member price. This includes the seminar, lunch, parking, continental breakfast and snacks throughout the day plus membership in the council for the remainder of the year. And did I mention the giveaways all day long?
The EEO Council is a non-profit organization which consists of a mixture of private corporations and government agencies working together to become enlightened on today’s employment issues and their effects in our workplaces.
