During the webinar, Suzanne and Barbra discussed administrators who hear rumors or who receive a report of ancient sexual abuse from a former student have complex and delicate decisions to make.

The webinar helped attendees understand the overlapping issues and make insightful and confident decisions as they manage this difficult process.

Participants were informed about the duty to investigate rumors, the obligation to notify other possible victims, and to decide when to involve law enforcement and other agencies.

Suzanne and Barbara shared tips on how to manage the difficult PR and relationship issues that arise if a lawsuit is filed or a victim ‘goes public’.
