In an interview with SHRM, Kristin White discusses some of the legal considerations employers should keep in mind when asking job applicants about their COVID-19 vaccination status. Kristin explains that if an employer has a mandatory policy for employees, they should enforce it the same for applicants. And Kristin adds that if a mandatory policy is being implemented, then employers need to make sure the job description notes that being vaccinated is part of the job.
