Session Three: Building a Positive Labor Relations Program to Prepare for Changes in the Regulatory Landscape

Event

9.01.21
2:00 PM — 3:00 PM EDT

As dealerships continue to confront challenges brought about by the pandemic, 2021 brings the prospect of new laws and regulatory changes impacting the labor relations arena. President Biden signed Executive Orders “Protecting the Federal Workforce” and created a task force on “Worker Organizing and Empowerment;” the House passed the PRO Act; the NLRB’s Acting General Counsel revoked numerous directives of his predecessor; and the new NLRB Chairman signaled that more pro-union changes are coming. Organized labor is expected to push for additional reforms in favor of union organizing. Join Fisher Phillips labor lawyers as they identify areas on which employers should focus their time and attention in the coming months to maintain a culture of positive employee relations.
