In an interview for Hotel Management titled “How to prevent ICE from knocking at your door,” Davis C. Bae discusses the immigration-related challenges facing the hotel industry. He explains that many hotels are targets for ICE because of their size and that it is a tall order to comply with myriad laws and regulations. Davis warns that if employers fail to act on I-9 compliance, “it could shut down your business or result in personal liability.”
