Preventing and Remedying Workplace Sexual Harassment

New York State law now requires all employers with employees in New York State to provide anti-sexual harassment training to all employees on an annual basis. For this first year of implementation, all employees must receive training that meets state-specified standards by October 9, 2019. Fisher Phillips will be hosting compliant sexual harassment training webinars on multiple dates exclusively for Reliable Payroll’s customers.
