Preparing The Workplace For Madness Of March

An article drafted by Lisa McGlynn entitled “Preparing The Workplace For Madness Of March,” was published in the Daily Business Review.
Because March Madness lasts for weeks and roughly half of the games are played during traditional work hours, employers should have policies in place, Lisa wrote.
She explained that some employers actively encourage employers to fill out brackets and join office pools, while others take a passive stance on pools that they are aware of in their workplace.
Employers who decide they want to take action against office pools should consider reminding employees of company polices against illegal activity or streaming videos on company computers as March Madness approaches.
