- Preparing for a post COVID-19 workplace (including OSHA compliance, temperature taking, ongoing safety concerns and considerations)
- Employer considerations for remote and alternative work arrangements
- What employers need to know about Flu shots and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Assumption of risk and waiver of liability relating to COVID-19
- Current status (at the time of the presentation) of COVID-19 related laws, such as the FFCRA and CARES Act.
