Preparing for a Post COVID Workplace

This timely session will review changes in employee law and practices since the onset of the pandemic, and will include best practices for employees who are now working from home. Topics include:

• Preparing for a post COVID-19 workplace (including OSHA compliance, temperature taking, ongoing safety concerns and considerations)
• Employer considerations for remote and alternative work arrangements
• What employers need to know about Flu shots and COVID-19 vaccinations
• Assumption of risk and waiver of liability relating to COVID-19
• Current status (at the time of the presentation) of COVID-19 related laws, such as the FFCRA and CARES Act.
