Pittsburgh Partner Cautions Employers to Pay Attention to Section 7 of the NLRA

In an interview with Law.com, Brian Balonick explains that employers that lack a history of unionizing need to be aware of Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act, which guarantees the right to organize and bargain collectively without interference from the employer. Brian explained that "there are many companies and lawyers that just haven’t been exposed to Section 7 before.”
