Event
5.18.23
12:00 PM — 1:00 PM EST
A crisis can strike a business at any time. The key to successfully responding to challenging situations is optimizing crisis readiness long before the crisis hits. The first step in maximizing readiness is developing a detailed crisis response and management plan that is tailored to fit your company’s unique needs. This program will discuss the foundations of a comprehensive crisis response and management plan and detail key considerations that such a plan should include. Using real-world examples, this webinar will examine related challenges and corresponding lessons for crisis preparedness planning.
Led by crisis management consultant Oliver S. Schmidt and workplace safety attorney Arthur M. Wolfson, this webinar will invite audience participation and create an interactive experience for attendees.
