Phillip Bauknight Named to NJBIZ 2022 40 under 40

Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Phillip Bauknight has been selected for inclusion in the NJBIZ 2022 40 Under 40 list. The NJBIZ 40 Under 40 program recognizes 40 businessmen and women under the age of 40 for their notable successes and demonstrations of strong leadership in the state.

Phillip, Chair of Fisher Phillips’ Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Practice Group, is highlighted for his creation of the firm’s Cryptocurrency team – the first national workplace law firm to dedicate a group solely to the interests of employers and the many labor and employment issues that arise from the use of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies. As a partner in the firm’s New Jersey office, Phil provides practical guidance to help employers across a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, PEOs, education, fashion, and retail to navigate blockchain technology and digital currency issues in the workplace. He is also a member of “The Collective,” a professional group of black male attorneys from New Jersey dedicated to giving back to the community and investing in the future leaders of the legal profession.
