OSHA recently released the long-awaited mandate-or-test workplace vaccination emergency rule (ETS), which is set to take effect as soon as December 6. As expected, the rule is facing multiple legal challenges. In case you missed prior updates, you can read the Fisher Phillips Insight about the federal appeals court ruling that’s currently blocking the ETS from taking effect, and about the upcoming Multidistrict Litigation Lottery that might change everything in the blink of an eye. While all the pending litigation resolves, PEOs and their clients need to spend their time getting ready to comply now, including developing policies and templates.
