Partner Howard Mavity’s blog entitled “Will OSHA’s Shame Game Improve Workplace Safety?” was featured on Forbes.com.

In his blog, Howard explains that a proposal by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to require employers to electronically submit data and then to make that data available online to the public, is part of a naming and shaming approach that is counterproductive for workplace safety.
