OSHA Update and Expected Additional Changes Under The Biden Administration
Event
4.15.21
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. EDT
In January 2021, President Biden began taking actions that have and will continue to impact employers. Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the President and OSHA have already made changes designed to improve workplace safety, a key focus of the Biden administration. This webinar will provide employers a discussion of changes that have already taken place and what else to expect from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the agency charged with protecting America’s workforce, over the next four years. Some topics will include the new OSHA National Emphasis Program (NEP), recordkeeping relating to COVID and the status of in-person inspections and the process.
Join the Fisher Phillips Workplace Safety Practice Group leaders, Todd Logsdon and Travis Vance, as they continue the virtual discussion and walk through what safety and OSHA developments to expect.
