NLRB Flooded with Amicus Briefs In Fight Over Grad Student Unions

The article, “NLRB Flooded with Amicus Briefs In Fight Over Grad Student Unions,” featured in Corporate Counsel on March 3, 2016, discussed how a flurry of amicus briefs filed last week by unions, universities and academics highlight key issues in the Columbia University case, like the definition of “employee” under the National Labor Relations Act and the possible impacts of collective bargaining on higher education.
