Bert Brannen was quoted in the Atlanta Business Chronicle on April 17, 2015. The article “New Union Rule Will ‘Fundamentally Change the Game’” discussed how unions seeking to organize workers will be able to hold an election within 11 days of filling a petition, under a federal rule that took effect April 14.

Bert was quoted on his take of these so-called “ambush” elections.

“[Employers] can’t talk about unions for more than 11 days,” said Bert. “It’s going to fundamentally change to game.”
