Kathleen Caminiti recently spoke with Jersey’s Best on how the post-pandemic workplace and workforce might look a little different. She explains that workplace flexibility measures, like remote work, will likely continue, it is important for employers to set some guardrails around these measures. Kathleen says that employers need to balance flexible working against the face-to-face interactions and trainings that younger employees likely need. She also expects that employers will review their mental health benefits to accommodate a greater need from employees and review closely their wage and hour thresholds for employees who work across the country.
