In an interview with Law360, Ben Ebbink shares his insights on the legislation passed since the #Metoo movement gained traction back in 2017. He explains that there have been state-run efforts to extend training requirements, and the extension of California law now requires training for all employers rather than just supervisors. "Certainly, some of the higher profile stories and media exposés were about sexual harassment issues, but I think it's definitely been tied into a larger conversation about how employees are treated across the board when it comes to treatment, harassment, pay, all kinds of issues in the workplace." Ben added.
